Clyde's Road House Bar & Grille

Roast Dinner was booked for 2pm, order was taken at 2.15pm. Food arrived at 3.45pm, with no apologies from the manager or staff. Vegetables were solid/undercooked, lamb was fatty and the Yorkshire pudding tasted like fat dripping. Although two lambs were asked to be well done, upon arrival when we asked which ones are well done, we were told “they’re all the same”. Shocking service and disgusting food. Would never go back..which, fortunately for me isn’t an option as it is closing down soon.

What an amazing place! Nina greeted me and booked me in for a private gathering. The staff looked after us really well, were friendly & hilarious in equal measures too. The espresso martinis are fantastic, be sure to ask Andy for his. Its really special.

Great pub in Islington . Went there for a family Sunday roast and it was really tasty. Service was friendly and relaxed. Food portions were big.

Great place, but maybe could work on the vegetarian menu options? Awesome staff though!

Easy going pub with solid tasty food and friendly staff. Quiet garden and outdoor seating, a little bit of peace and quiet on a noisy Essex Road.

What a lovely pub! Very pleasant staff, excellent comfortable environment and delicious food. Had sunday lunch on the street side terrace, which didn't have the feeling of being on the main road due to the privacy provided by the wall. Sunday lunch was perfect. The desert was amazing- the sundae brought back childhood memories! Definitely going back

Brilliant pub... the food is incredible!! Those thick cut crispy chips were a dream! They are forced by UK law to do thier burgers medium these days (sux cause they had the BEST beefy pink burgers in town) - still great though. Spicy, spicy soups... lovely staff... just a great pub. Never too crowded, always friendly. Outdoor seating. Crispy quality fish and chips....Loved it. Top spot.
